Fan Art Friday #20

Featured Ahsoka Tano fan art for Friday 3rd February 2017

It’s the first Friday of February, folks, and that means it’s time for a brand-new edition of Fan Art Friday, our regular feature that turns the spotlight on some of the best Ahsoka Tano fan art on the internet.

Before we continue, I’d like to point out that new editions of Fan Art Friday will be posted fortnightly – not weekly – from now on. Each edition will now feature 4 or 5 works of fan art (as opposed to the usual 3) to make up for the longer wait between editions. ;)

This week’s theme is “Ahsoka with a Japanese twist” and our chosen entries come courtesy of Jedi120, Raikoh-illust, Mollo101, and Brian Winshell.

As always, if you enjoy their work, please consider visiting their sites or social media pages to see more of their artwork and share your feedback.

The first entry this week is ‘Ronin Jedi’ by Chris (aka Jedi120), which depicts Ahsoka as a meditative Samurai.

Next up is this atmospheric piece by Arizona-based artist Raikoh-illust. His work has been featured on this site numerous times and he has a fantastic gallery of Star Wars-related art over here.

Japanese artist Mollo101 reimagines Ahsoka as a female ninja, or kunoichi. If you like his style, you can find Japanese-style renditions of Captain Rex and Commander Wolffe over on his Tumblr blog.
